不同香型的白酒“保质期”有多久?
俗话说:“酒越陈越香”,很多人认为,白酒的存放时间越长,价值越高。

浓香型白酒占据我国白酒市场的半壁江山。目前浓香型白酒的市场份额依旧在70%以上。

相较于酱香型白酒的浓郁,清香型白酒的淡雅,浓香型白酒刚好处于二者之间,经过陈年老窖或者人工培养的老窖发酵,产生乙酸乙酯,这种成分含香量较高,而且香气突出,口感绵柔,消费者更容易适应。

清香型:1-5年

中国三大主流香型,除了酱香、浓香还有清香。清香型白酒的辐射面积广阔,从南到北都有酿清香型白酒。

所以与酱香、浓香型白酒相比,清香型白酒在储存过程中时间不宜过长,一定要把握好存放的时间。

低度的清香型白酒建议尽快饮用,1-5年更佳,因为清香型白酒追求的就是“干净”,不必要过久储存。如果高度的清香型酒(52°以上)保存方法和储藏环境得当的话存放十几年甚至二三十年的是没有问题的。

相较于其他香型白酒,米香型白酒度数较低,并不适合长期存放,其优质保存期为1-3年,如果时间过长就会出现脂类物质水解的现象,会导致口味寡淡的问题。
